Our spacious and modern one bedroom apartment measuring 95sqm (1020 sqft) and it comes with three bedrooms. Two spacious bedrooms possess king size beds, and one bedroom comes with two single bed. Mattresses are new and comfortable, perfect for your pleasant and sweet stay in Porec 🙂
Our apartment also comes with a spacious living room with a huge extendable sofa! From the living and dining area you can access charming balcony which is a perfect spot for relaxing breakfast with a see view!
Parking is available on site!
The bathroom comes with a bathtub, and we also provide a full set of amenities and fresh towels during your stay! The kitchen is fully equipped for you to test out your chef skills, if you are bored of exploring local restaurants 🙂

Beach is accessible with foot, bike or a car! The same applies for the Porec downtown which is 1 kilometer from the apartment or approximately 15 minutes walking!
The city does not have public transportation, but everything is close and easy accessible. Around the building you can find many shops, restaurants and cafes. There is available parking spot in front of the building!
The apartment is located in Spadici neighborhood, one of the most beautiful places to be in Porec. Beautiful waterfronts are only few minutes walking from the apartment, so you do not need to use your car to get to the beach! Porec downtown is about 15 minutes (1km) walking from the apartment, you also have a tourist train that runs the famous town’s promenade called Pical. Consider also taking a bike to move around the city! In Spadici neighborhood you can find everything that you need from your stay from bakeries, hotels, restaurants, pizzerias, cafes, shops and sports facilities. The area is perfect for the family vacation away from huge crowds and noise!
