1. How can I book an apartment?

Booking an apartment with FLOK is simple: visit our website, select your destination, choose your perfect room, and book directly online.

2. Do I need to pay a deposit to secure the booking?

A deposit is not required for most bookings; however, we reserve the right to ask for a deposit for specific cases and occasions. 

3. What are the payment options for my booking?

We accept major credit cards and bank transfers.

4. Are there any additional fees or taxes?

All fees and taxes are calculated automatically during the booking process. 

5. Do I have to pay the entire amount in advance?

You will need to pay the entire amount during the booking process. 

6. Is there an additional charge for children?

Children are allowed to stay free of charge up to the age of 12, but there may be charges for extra bedding if required. We provide baby cots free of charge in all of our properties. Please contact our team if you will need a baby cot or high chair for your booking.

7. What is your cancelation policy? Can I change the dates of my stay?

Our cancellation policy for all bookings made via the stayflok.com website is subject to the same policy with the flexibility to adjust or cancel your booking up to 7 days prior to check-in for a full refund. If you booked via OTA or another channel, please refer to the cancellation policy stated on the booking confirmation you received.

8. I canceled my reservation; when will I receive a refund?

Refunds from cancellations are processed within 3 to 5 days, while the exact timing depends on your bank’s policies and the type of card you used for a booking.

9. Can I bring my pet?

Pets are welcome at select FLOK properties, often with a small additional charge.

10. What is your early check-in/late check-out policy?

Early check-in or check-out can be arranged depending on availability and may incur extra costs.

11. Can I visit the apartment beforehand?

To maintain privacy and security, pre-visit tours of apartments are not standard practice. However, if you are looking for long-term stays, our team will be happy to assist you with the property inspection.

12. Is there a length of stay restriction?

Minimum and maximum stay restrictions may apply and are detailed on our booking platform.

13. Can I buy a voucher?

You can purchase a FLOK voucher online, a perfect gift for travel enthusiasts. Please reach out to us via the contact form for the purchase of the voucher.

14. How can I redeem a gift voucher?

Redeem your FLOK gift voucher directly through our website when making your reservation.

15. How do I update my booking details?
