As a CCC Agent your position will include constant collaboration and represent a liaison between our teams in different cities and customers. As the CCC Agent, you are responsible for identifying customers’ needs, researching, and providing both short- and long-term solutions. Responsibilities
- Manage inbound and outbound calls promptly according to defined standards, ensuring that the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner,
- Managing email inquiries and sending customer confirmation emails following previously defined Standard Operating Procedures,
- Serve as the link of communication between logistic on-field teams and customers,
- Accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior,
- You will be expected to support internal teams with new initiatives to increase sales and increase operational efficiency,
- Having a commercial approach by identifying opportunities for the department to upsell and cross-sell additional products ensuring customers always receive maximum benefits offered by the business,
- Ability to effectively question or challenge the status quo,
- Seek ways to continuously improve ways of working, automate processes and system solutions.
Requirements
- Strong English knowledge (written and spoken),
- Knowledge of French/German is an advantage,
- Working flexibility (your responsibilities will include working weekends and after regular office hours),
- Basic knowledge of communication and organizational technology,
- Strong communication and teamwork skills,
- Good fit candidates feel comfortable and are able to work with advanced user technology tools,
