House Rules
- Please respect quiet hours from 10pm until 8am, as well as from 3pm to 5pm.
- Please respect quiet hours during the entire day on Sundays or during holidays,
- Parties are strictly forbidden,
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment or on and near windows. If the apartment has a dedicated smoking area such as a balcony or terrace, smoking is permitted there.
- Do not throw anything from balconies, terraces, or windows.
- Turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the apartment.
- Do not leave personal items in the common hallway.
- No outside guests are allowed unless previously agreed upon.
- Avoid ringing the doorbells of neighbors to prevent disturbances.
- Please do not touch valves and switches for the boilers.
- Turn off the air conditioning when not in the apartment to prevent network overload.
- A deposit of 75 EUR per person is required upon arrival, payable in cash. We reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit for any damages.
Repeated violations of these rules may result in removal from the premises. Please contact the host if you need assistance or additional information.
Pool Rules
The pool operating hours are 10:00 – 20:00
- No pets allowed.
- No running or jumping in the pool area.
- No diving is allowed.
- No shouting or loud music.
- Glass containers and other fragile objects are not permitted around the pool area.
- Private parties are not allowed in or around the pool area.
- Food, drinks, and smoking are forbidden in the pool area.
- Swim at your own risk; no lifeguard on duty.
Important Information
- Please follow the above written house rules. Violations may result in an additional charge.
- Do not open the main entrance door for anyone. Our team will inform you if they need to check anything inside the apartment.
- For early check-in or late check-out services, which may incur additional charges, inform us at least 24 hours in advance to schedule with our cleaning service, subject to availability.
- Do not leave personal belongings in common areas.
- Be quiet when entering or leaving the apartment late at night or early in the morning.
- If you have booked an apartment with a double sofa bed, additional linens can be found inside the couch or wardrobe. Let us know at least a day in advance if you need the sofa bed prepared.
- We are not responsible for personal items. Lock the apartment doors and use the available safes if needed.
- Hairdryers and irons are available upon request.
- Laundry service is available for 15 EUR per load. Additional sheets and towels are available for an extra fee (25 EUR for bed sheets and 15 EUR for a towel set).
- Toiletries are provided but will not be restocked during your stay.
11. A replacement key costs 20 EUR if the original is lost or broken.
