House Rules
HOUSE RULES
- Please respect quiet hours from 10pm until 6am, as well as from 3pm to 5pm.
- Please respect quiet hours during the entire day on Sundays or during holidays,
- Parties are strictly forbidden,
- Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment and on windows (if apartment comes with a dedicated smoking area such as balcony/terrace, etc., smoking is allowed on those areas),
- Please do not throw anything from the balcony/terrace and/or windows,
- Please turn off all electrical utensils once you are leaving the apartment
- Please do not leave anything inside the common hallway,
- No outside guests are allowed unless otherwise is agreed,
- Please do not ring any doorbells of our neighbours to avoid any inconveniences!
- Please do not touch valves and switches for the boilers.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
- Please kindly follow our house rules listed above. We understand that incidents can happen, but please handle appliances with care to ensure they remain in good condition for future guests. Should any incidents occur, they may result in additional charges of up to 500 EUR. Thank you for your understanding!
- Please do not open the main entrance door to anyone; in case any member of our team needs to check anything inside the apartment, we will inform you accordingly.
- Should you need to use early check in service or late check out service which might come with an additional charge please inform us at least 24 hours before check in, i.e., before check out as those service must be scheduled with our cleaning service in advance as it depends upon availability
- Please do not leave any personal belongings inside the common areas.
- Please be quiet when leaving or entering the apartment late in the evening or early in the morning
- In case you have booked an apartment with the double sofa bed, additional linen will be located inside the couch or wardrobe. In case you need us to prepare the sofa bed for sleeping, please inform us at least a day in advance.
