Description

Enjoy Sofia like a local from our stylish and spacious two-bedroom apartment, located right in the city center, just steps from the main pedestrian zone and directly in front of the historic Saint George Church.

The apartment spans 85 square meters and is designed to offer both comfort and functionality. It features two bedrooms – one with a queen-size bed and the other also with a queen bed. There’s a single sofa bed in the living room, perfect for an extra guest.

The kitchen is modern and fully equipped, ideal for preparing anything from a quick snack to a full dinner. You’ll find everything you need to test out your chef skills.

The bathroom is bright and contemporary, with a full set of amenities and fresh towels provided for each guest. To help start your day right, we offer coffee and a variety of teas.

This is a completely private apartment – there are no shared areas in the building. Whether you’re staying for a few nights or a longer period, everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay is right here.

The location puts you in the heart of Sofia’s vibrant cultural and shopping scene. Vitosha Boulevard, the city’s most famous street for shopping, coffee shops, and restaurants, is just around the corner. All major attractions are within walking distance, and the closest supermarket is only a few steps away.

For trips outside the city center, the metro station “NDK 2” is just a short walk from the apartment, offering easy access to the airport, central bus station, and central railway station.

Please note that the apartment does not include a free parking space, but feel free to reach out to us and we’ll gladly recommend nearby parking options.

If there’s anything you need during your stay – from airport transfers to local recommendations – we’re here to help.

About the neighborhood

Tsar Samuil Street is one of Sofia’s most charming and central streets, perfectly positioned for those who want to explore the city on foot. Tucked just behind the bustling Vitosha Boulevard, this area offers the best of both worlds – the lively energy of the city center and the quiet charm of a residential street.

The neighborhood is packed with personality. Around every corner, you’ll find cozy cafés, boutique shops, and some of Sofia’s most loved restaurants serving both international and traditional Bulgarian cuisine. Whether you’re craving a fresh pastry in the morning or a glass of Bulgarian wine in the evening, everything is just a short stroll away.

Cultural landmarks such as the National Palace of Culture (NDK), the Archaeological Museum, and the iconic Alexander Nevsky Cathedral are all within easy walking distance. The area is also well connected by public transport, with tram, bus, and metro stations nearby, making it easy to reach other parts of the city – or head out to explore the outskirts.

Staying here means you’re just a few steps away from Sofia’s heartbeat, yet in a neighborhood that still feels local, authentic, and relaxed.
